DAY 1: ARRIVE IN JOHANNESBURG TO BOTSWANA

Often referred to as “the world in one country,” Africa possesses a natural glory that dazzles all who visit. From desert to bushveld, from forests to farmland, from mountain peaks to wide unspoilt beaches, Africa is rightly renowned for her spectacular scenery, magnificent wildlife, her mineral resources and her people.
In Africa, when you hear drumming in the distance, you know there is something happening and your curiosity is awakened, your pulse speeds up and the adventure commences.

Upon arrival in Johannesburg you will be welcomed and escorted to International departures to check in for your flight to Maun in Botswana. On arrival in Maun you will clear customs, go through passport control and then collect your luggage. You will then board light charter aircrafts for flights into Eagle Island and Chiefs Camps.
Flying time from Maun to Eagle Island Camp is approximately 30 minutes, flying time from Maun to Chief’s Camp is approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the camps you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink and escorted to your luxurious tents. Lunch will be served after you have checked in. Depart in the late afternoon for an incredible Game Safari followed by sundowners and dinner at the lodge.

Please note that due to the size of the camps in the Delta for 20 Double rooms you will have to split the group amongst 2 different camps - 10 rooms at both Chief’s Camp and at Eagle Island Camp.

DAY 2: BOTSWANA

The morning commences with an early call for your morning game drive. After a light continental breakfast you will depart on your morning game activity.

Lunch is served when you return back to the lodge.

Depart in the late afternoon for the 2nd of your game activities. Sundowners are served in the bush before returning to the lodge for dinner.

A high tea is served before departing on your afternoon drive.
Dinner at leisure at the lodge.

DAY 3: CHIEF'S ISLAND

The morning commences with an early call for your morning game drive. After a light continental breakfast you will depart on your morning game activity.

Brunch is served when you return back to the lodge. After brunch you will check out and transfer from your respective lodges to the airstrips. Group 1 will then fly to Eagle Island Camp and Group 2 will fly to Chief’s Camp.

Welcome drinks are served at the lodges on arrival and the rest of the afternoon is at leisure before high tea is served and the groups depart on their afternoon game activity.

A high tea is served before departing on your afternoon drive.

Return to the lodges for dinner.

DAY 4: OKAVANGO DELTA AND CHIEF'S ISLAND

The morning commences with an early call for your morning game drive. After a light continental breakfast you will depart on your morning game activity.

Lunch is served when you return back to the lodge.

Depart in the late afternoon for your game activities today . Sundowners are served in the bush before returning to the lodge for dinner. A high tea is served before departing on your afternoon drive.
Dinner at leisure at the lodge.

DAY 5: BOTSWANA TO VICTORIA FALLS

Rise to an early morning wake-up call and breakfast before departing on a morning Game Drive.

Return to the lodge for brunch after your morning activity. The groups will depart from their respective camps after brunch and board light charter flights and fly to Kasane. Flying time from Camps to Kasane is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

Upon arrival in Kasane vehicles will be waiting to transfer the group to Victoria Falls. Transfer time from Kasane to Victoria Falls is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes.

Transfers to the hotel, where welcome drinks will be served on arrival. Lunch will be served on the terrace at leisure.

Afternoon walking tour of Victoria Falls.

The Victoria Falls constitutes one of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world. The Local people call it "Mosi-oa-Tunya" - the smoke that thunders and the Falls are remarkable. There is a magic about them manifested in the towering column of spray when the river is high, the thunder of the falling water, the terrifying abyss and tranquil lagoons upstream in which hippo and deadly crocodiles lurk. The Victoria falls is 1,708 meters wide, making it the largest curtain of water in the world. It drops between 90m and 107m into the Zambezi Gorge and an average of 550,000 cubic meters of water plummet over the edge every minute. Remarkably preserved in its natural state, Victoria falls inspires visitors as much today as it did David Livingstone in the 1860's. The falls and the surrounding area have been declared National Parks and a World Heritage Site, thus preserving the area from excessive commercialisation.

Transfer from the hotel to Victoria Falls Safari Lodge.

Boma dinner at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. Set in the nearby Gusu forest, just 500 meters from the Safari Lodge. The Boma offers a unique African experience including traditional dancers, a lively interactive drumming show and mouth watering local dishes.

Return back to the lodge after dinner.

DAY 6: Victoria Falls

Breakfast this morning is at leisure at the lodge.

The day is at leisure for you to select your activity of choice. Some of these activities include: A flight of Angels – helicopter flight over the Victoria Falls, Bungee Jumping, Village Tours, White Water Rafting, Canoeing.

Lunch will be served at leisure. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, followed by dinner on the lawns of the Zambezi River. Enjoy dinner at the hotel.

DAY 7: VICTORIA FALLS TO JOHANNESBURG

Breakfast at leisure at the hotel. Transfer from the hotel to Victoria Falls Airport. Check-in for your flight from Victoria Falls to Johannesburg (OR Tambo International) NOTE: Flying time to Johannesburg approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.

On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, you will be assisted with check-in procedures for your international flight home.
